Before you decide
Compare the net price per square foot with other units in the same project, nearby resale transactions and competing new launches of a similar tenure.
Check whether the promoted unit has a less popular facing, awkward layout, low floor, road exposure or stronger future resale competition.
A genuine discount can still be the wrong purchase. The unit and exit plan must make sense after the promotion disappears.

Terra Hill and The Continuum are freehold. The Shorefront has a 999-year leasehold tenure. Tenure should be considered together with the net price, unit attributes and intended holding period.
